My life is hectic….very hectic! My body started telling me to sit up and take notice back in 2017! I was stuck in a downward spiral of self destruct, I battled constantly with illness, skin problems and exhaustion, all the while putting on my “show face” and “getting on with it” so no one would know I wasn’t coping! By Christmas 2018 I was really low and struggling to juggle my very busy life. I bumped in to Carey at the gym just after Christmas 2018 and we chatted and I broke down inexplicably in floods of tears! “Right” Carey said…. “You are coming to see me”!
In January 2019 I embarked on my “transformational Journey” and although it sounds cliché I feel better than I have in years. Carey has helped me to put everything into context. She has given me the tools to enable me to deal with whatever life throws at me. I am happier, courageous, organised and most of all I have finally seen in myself all the positives that others have been telling me for years. Its not all about the food, Carey’s approach is 100% holistic, but I LOVE to cook and I’m really good at it!! It’s been wonderful to get inspired in the kitchen again.
